For hosting a website you need a Webhosting and this would cause below 100$ an year. You must be very selective while choosing a web-hosting because I have faced so much trouble with Bluehost web-hosting and I will never recommend you that. 3. Get Free or Paid themes :

If you have made your website in WordPress you will find so many free themes that are even better than paid ones. In the starting you can go with a free theme and make money. Once you are making good amount of money, you can get fully customized WordPress theme according to your requirements and that too cheap. We can say that getting a theme i your choice and we will not include that in our list. But to make you aware if you are looking forward to buy a good theme then it will not cost you more than a 100$ for life time.

4. Paid Plugins :

You should not go with the Paid plugins in the starting because everything is available for free, all you have to do is just look for free alternative Plugins.  I have not spend more than 50$ on paid plugins because I always got a good alternative for paid ones.

Conclusion 

So to conclude the total cost of starting your Online Presence is 15+ 100 = 115 $ per year (maximum) but if you are going to use a paid theme or a plugin then just add 100$ for a theme and 50$ for a paid plugin for lifetime. So total will 115+ 150= 265$ only.

With just 265$ a max you can start your Online Business and Make millions of dollars according to your Potential and experience in the market in the future. So spending few bucks for your online presence is not that bad when you have to spend 1000 times to set up your offline Business.
